Our policy for products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our refund policy for products and garden maintenance last until three days prior to the date of the workshop. Cancellation up to three days prior to a workshop will give you 100% refund. Refund amount can be reclaimed only as a discount on a future repeat of the same workshop you signed up for. UrbanMali Network is not liable to refund the amount as cash, transfer or any other means if the maintenance you opted for, is not repeated in the future. However, amount can be transferred to another participant, family or friend. This refund policy holds true for all our products and services, unless otherwise mentioned on the registration web page.
Please note: Processing fees cannot be refunded.
Online workshops, downloadable software products and gift cards are not eligible for refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed with immediate effect. Refund amount for products will be credited back to you in 45 days or less. Refund amount will not be credited back to you directly for products and other services. Refund amount will be kept towards a future workshop, as described above.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
